Reminds me of a wonderful comment by my friend John Boyle who said of some cultural phenomenon that I was worrying about.. "Don't worry Sarah, it will collapse under the weight of its own flimsiness". Perfect and comforting thought. The trouble is, some of these flimsy trailings stick around to do enmesh many before they get their comeuppance - "melt as wax before the flame or smoke before the wind."
